Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces

Parachute Regiment and British Airborne Forces military retirement gift ideas and awards. The British Army created the image of the 'Red Beret' when in 1940 Winston Churchill, having noted the German successes with airborne troops ordered the creation of a British  Airborne Corps. Since then the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces have been associated with rapid assaults, seizing objectives and stubborn defences.
