12" scale cold cast bronze resin sculpture of a Royal Marine Sniper with the L115A3 Rifle
12" scale cold cast bronze resin sculpture of a Royal Marine Sniper with the L115A3 rifle. A Marine sniper is a force to be reckoned with, only a few applicants ever make it through selection and training, having to show exceptional marksmanship ability, tactical awareness and unparalled focus. On Op Herrick in Afghanistan and Op Telic in Iraq snipers provided fire support to patrolling troops as well as area cover from sangers on base. A Royal Marine sniper currently holds the unoffical title of deadliest sniper in the world with 173 confirmed kills.
On this Marine version he is wearing his green beret and a Globe and Laurel is set into the base at his feet. Included is a personalised engraved brass plate.
