11" scale cold cast bronze resin sculpture of the Royal Marine Alert with his foot up on a rock.
One of our oldest and most popular Marine statues, the Alert is an 11" sculpture of a Royal Marine in full combats including webbing and bergan covering from the late 1980's to the mid 2000's before Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan began to shift the standard issue kit. Anyone who served during this period will have dressed in the same or if not very similar gear and used the standard SA80 with a SUSAT sight. On this Marine version his helmet is attached to his webbing and he is wearing his coveted green beret. His sleeves have commando patches and set into the rock he is standing up on is a Globe and Laurel.
The statue includes a personalised engraved brass plate.
Every statue is proudly handmade in the UK and are used by all the marine units including 30, 40, 42 and 45 Commando as retirement gifts and presentation gizzits.
In an effort to be more sustainable we've had our outer packaging redesigned to be fully recyclable. Every statue comes in a simple elegant printed brown box with printed fabric tape.
Inside the box the statue will be protected with bubble wrap and special foam bags to minimise the chance of damage in transit.
