Victorian Era lifeboatman bronze sculpture with a personalised engraved brass plate to make a great gift for members of the Lifeboat Service. We include the wooden base seen here and an engraved brass plate as standard with any order.
A Lifeboatman of the Victorian Era preparing to make a rescue. The presentation piece is sculpted in an eleven inch scale and when mounted on the standard wooden base, (as seen in the photographs) the overall height is around fourteen inches.
The sculpture reminds us of the bravery of the lifeboat crews when they rowed out into the stomy seas in open boats with the sole aim of saving life. This is the Cold Cast bronze sculpture and it makes an ideal retirement or long service presentation piece for anyone connected to the RNLI or any of the private lifeboats.
