Items added to the cart can be viewed from the trolley icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Products can be edited or removed here or in the cart page.
Selecting 'Proceed to Checkout' will take you to the Billing & Delivery section where you will be asked to enter your email, name, address, credit card details, gift message (if appropriate) and other details required to complete your purchase. At this stage an account can also be created to store order history, templates and tracking details.
Selecting 'Submit Order' will place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will also send you another email notifying you when your order has been shipped, details of our tracking number and confirmation that we have charged your credit card.
All our statues are hand made in our factory, we endeavour to have stock of most statues ready for dispatch but may need to make the statue to order. If this is the case it can take us 5-7 days. If your order is urgent please contact us here when ordering and we'll try to meet you requirements.
Before engraving begins we will send you a template of your design for approval. Once this is confirmed engraving begins and no further changes can be made. Delivery is usually 2-3 days from confirmation and we will contact you if there are any changes.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship an order to multiple addresses. If you are shopping for people at different addresses you will have to place separate orders for each address, which will also be charged separately.
Discount codes can be applied during the checkout phase, just enter the code in the box and click apply discount.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Additional conditions may apply so please read the terms and conditions supplied with the code.
A personalised gift message service is available on all orders which will be shown on the packing slip. Prices will not be shown.
