Can I order by phone?
Yes. Please call us during office hours (Mon - Fri 9-5 UK Time) on 01896 870697 (+441896 870697 if you are outside the UK) and a member of our team will assist you.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order value and are happy to send out a single glass.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount will be applied when you order 2 or 3 items and a 10% discount for 4 items or more. The items can be mixed and matched from across our range and can be combined with the military or service discount.
If you are looking to make a bulk order for a special event or occasion we can offer bulk or reduced pricing depending on the order, if you would like to discuss this please get in contact or phone us on 01896 870697 to see how we can help you.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times will depend on the product:

|Bronze Statue||We try to hold stock of the most popular statues so can dispatch them immediately, if ordered before 11am we'll send it the same day. If it's not in stock they are made to order with an average delivery time of 3-5 working days.|
|Painted Statue||All painted statues are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.|
|Silver Statue||All electroformed silver pieces are made to order and require extra time for silvering so please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery.|
|Engraved Crystal & Bottles||Once we have the design confirmed we will engrave and dispatch the crystal in 2-3 working days|
Do you offer discounts to Military and Emergency Service personnel?
Yes we offer 10% off all our products to serving and former members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Cadets, Police, Fire Service, Search and Rescue, Lifeboats and NHS, more details can be found here:
What happens if my order is damaged on arrival?
All our products are fragile so unfortunately breakages do happen, should they arrive in a less than perfect condition please let us know as soon as possible. If you can please take photos of the damage, we will then arrange a replacement of the goods and arrange collection of the broken item where possible.
The website doesn't have what I'm looking for
Our range is extensive but doesn't cover everything. If you are looking for something specific which isn't on our website we may still be able to help.
As the manufacturer of our statues we can customise and even sculpt a completely new piece if needed (please note this requires a minimum initial order of 50).
