Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
When the order is complete, the time for which can vary depending on manufacturing, we ship all orders on a 24 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, and a 48 hour service to most European cities and Northern Ireland. World wide shipping varies depending on location.
UK and European shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. World wide shipping is charged based on the volumetric weight of the box which is calculated during checkout.
Our delivery partners offer an automated update service, if you provide an email and/or mobile phone number during checkout this will be passed to the courier who will update you on the progress of the box as well as offer the ability to change the delivery if you won't be available to receive it
Punctuality of Service
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions.
We take great care to pack your order so as not to be damaged but there are occasions when boxes are damaged in transit. If the parcel is damaged please accept the delivery but contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the damage and organise a solution.
If you won't be able to receive the parcel we are happy to send it to another address which is different to the billing address, please enter this address in the shipping section during checkout.
We can also deliver to a work address provided there is someone available to sign for the box. We cannot accept liability for the delivery after it has been delivered to the address provided so please ensure the address is complete enough to find you, particularly for a large organisation or base.
