We are a manufacturing company, with our factory in the village of Walkerburn, about 30 miles due south of Edinburgh.
We welcome visitors to the factory where we have a small showroom.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit or debit card payment. On this site payments will be charged in US Dollars, this will be automatically changed to you own currency by your card company if buying outside the US
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping to the USA or Canada is a flat $20 and is free for orders over $300.
All shipments will be sent with UPS and are fully trackable.
Shipments will be sent with all duty paid so there should be no hidden charges from customs when delivering your order.
Shipments to Canada will have HST/GST of 15% added at the checkout to cover the duty/brokerage costs.
BREAKAGES IN TRANSIT: We take great trouble in the way we pack the goods and hope that they will arrive with you in good condition. If, for any reason, this is not the case we will sort it out to your satisfaction. Just keep the damaged article and let us know that it has arrived broken. We will sort out a replacement immediately and send it out to you, where possible we will arrange to have your damaged piece collected for return.
On a day to day basis however, we aim to turn all orders around in a maximum of 7 days, however all our items are made by hand so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will try to meet your deadlines, but please understand that this may not be achievable all the time and we appreciate as much notice as possible.
Delivery will be by UPS by Express Saver with a usual delivery time of 3 - 5 days.
If any statue is not in stock, we will make it for you.
For Crystal items, if we are out of stock we will inform you with an estimated delivery date and possible alternatives.
All orders will be sent duty paid so there will be no customs charges on delivery.
Canadian orders will have HST/GST added at 15% during the Checkout.

All of our products come with a 30 day, no quibble, refund guarantee. (this is providing that the goods are returned to us in their original condition).

Returned goods can only be credited if returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of invoice date.
Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a material fault with the item.
