Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, if for any reason you are not happy in the first 30 days we will collect the order and fully refund you for the item provided it's not personalised (eg with engraving). For engraved items your ability to return or cancel the order is limited, details below:

Engraved Statues

As these are customised, distance selling regulations limit your rights to return engraved statues but we want you to be completely satisfied so will still accept returns. To do so please contact us by email at sales@balwalk.com within 30 days of receiving the statue to let us know you wish to return it. Return postage can be organised by yourself or we can arrange a pickup, the cost of return postage will be deducted from the refunded amount. It must be sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage, if you send it back in any other packaging we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if the statue is damaged during transit.

Engraved Crystal and Bottles

All our engraved crystal and bottles are individually hand engraved to order and as such cannot be returned or cancelled once the engraving is committed. The last point at which the order can be cancelled without charge is before the confirmation of the engraving template and work begins, this is why it is essential to check the design thoroughly for errors before hand, we endeavour to make sure the design is correct but we cannot accept responsibility for spelling, grammar or design errors once the template has been approved by yourself.
