Breakages and Errors

Although we try our best to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition unfortunately they are fragile and can sometimes be broken in transit. Should your order arrive broken, please contact us as soon as possible. If you can please take photos of the damaged item and email them to us at sales@balwalk.com. After receiving them we will arrange collection of the goods where possible and make a replacement.

Errors

Statuettes

Please double check your engraving before submitting as your text will be engraved exactly as entered. We cannot accept responsibility if the mistake was entered by you but can offer some solutions.

If you are happy to change the plate yourself we will send out a replacement plate free of charge.

If that isn't an option we can collect the statue and replace the plate but for this there will be a charge of £20+VAT to cover the cost of the courier both ways.

Crystal and Bottles

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase, if the are any defects in the engraving or crystal please get in contact with us at sales@balwalk.com and we'll engrave a replacement.

Please be aware that the bottles we engrave are standard bottles from the distributors and can contain slight defects from their original manufacture such as bubbles or lines in the glass, these are normal and not considered faults.

If the error was on the template which was approved, once engraved there is no way to correct errors and the item need to be replaced. We can offer a discount on a replacement if you get in touch with us.
